● The use of herringbone structure columns significantly enhances the machine tool's rigidity and cutting stability. Suitable for powerful milling, with improved load capacity and no problems such as table overhang.

● The spindle adopts the spindle produced by Taiwan's first-tier brand manufacturer, which has strong cutting force. It is driven by a synchronous toothed belt, which is not easy to slip and can greatly reduce transmission noise and heat generation.

● The transmission screws are all made of Taiwan's Shangyin brand. The screws are supported by fixed supports at both ends and are pre-stretched to improve the rigidity of the screw drive.

● Each axis adopts an integrated design of the screw nut seat and the body, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the feed axis and ensures accuracy under the impact of heavy cutting acceleration.

● The column (hard rail) guide rail pair is quenched and plastic-coated, so that the equipment has a large load capacity and good cutting movement stiffness, and reduces dynamic and static friction characteristics, thereby improving the equipment's movement accuracy, rigidity, reliability and stability.
